Tempra Board is a development consultant specializing in grant proposal writing, publication design, and donor development for environmental and conservation organizations, arts groups, and health and human service agencies.

She holds a Master's degree in Communication Development from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Humboldt State University. Tempra has more than 12 years of resource development experience, including five years as Development Director of two environmental non-profits: Trees, Water & People in Colorado, and the Environmental Protection Information Center in northern California.

Tempra never tires of exploring and working to protect the natural world. She lives in Chico, California.
