Tempra Board, Principal, has more than 12 years of successful experience in resource development and outreach for non-profit environmental, health and human service, and arts organizations in California.

Introduction

I have been helping non-profit organizations successfully raise funds from private foundations, corporations, government agencies, and individuals since 1996. I work directly with staff and/or boards of directors to help organizations diversify their funding streams. Each organization is different, providing a variety of special services and filling a unique niche. Each is at a certain place in its organizational life cycle. I tailor my services and approach to each organization based on each organization's identified needs, and conduct an organizational assessment to determine its fundraising strengths and areas to improve. In getting to know an organization and its services intimately, I can spotlight and share the uniqueness of an organization with potential donors. I enjoy working in a team atmosphere and am goal-oriented. My ultimate goal is to help organizations develop the resources and capacity they need to achieve their mission.
